"The Tangerine was such a nice place to stay! It was perfect for just my daughter and I. Upon arriving my daughter did not feel that great , as soon as we walked in , we were able to get a room and the beautiful front desk hostess Dani , gave her water and told her to sit on the couch until I completed our check out. Our entire stay was perfect!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. My mom really enjoyed her day as well. Customer service was very good. The food at the bar was really good as well. The pool was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The robes are super soft overall 10 out of 10 experience the location is amazing across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and bank, eating areas, breakfast areas dry cleaners, nail salon. The location is perfect. You’re looking for a hotel in Burbank. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Bad service, dark places, the shampoo bottles were empty, the folders were dirty and old ,they didn’t have any cleaning staff at the hotel."

"Lage und Parken war super beim Hotel. Zimmer sauber und mit Kühlschrank. Jedoch kein Safe im Zimmer und in die Jahre gekommen aber für 2 Nächte ist es ok. Fitnessraum ist für nichts, Geräte funktionieren kaum, gehören geschmiert da ist besser man stellt paar Gewichte rein und fertig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr klein aber mehr braucht man nicht."

"Air conditioer had a smell of stale urine, staff did provide a fan. Summer in LA with no a/c is murder. Rooms and furniture are badly worn. Dont sit on the chairs in case they collapae And dont lean on the table. It will collapse. Tried to make a phone call. Receiver was not connected to the phone, totally broken. Advised staff, oh yeah we know about that. Nothing done to rectify it though. For the money they charge you can find a better place cheaper. Stay away unless you are really...

"A hidden gem of a boutique hotel in Hollywood. Great location and amazingly comfortable rooms. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Our favorite for a staycation. Always look forward to staying here."

"Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

"Staff were friendly and attentive and the check in/out was really easy. Parking was safe/gated. Breakfast was either a muffin or packaged oatmeal, but the hotel was walking distance to really good food of all kinds. We walked to and from Universal studios and Xavier even gave us a printed map to walk there from the hotel. There IS a free shuttle for part of the way (the steep part). We would stay here again."

"24 hour heated pool and complimentary laundry facilities with a room that is really an apartment steps from the Dolby Theater mall and (the nice part of) the Hollywood walk of fame. We feel lucky to have found this gem. If nobody mentioned it you can also have free poolside popsicles brought to you. So much fun."

"I’ve stayed at the W before and have enjoyed my experience. I booked my daughter a room for her bday and she was asked for a $500 deposit for one night! That is insane and I wasn’t aware nor communicated about this deposit beforehand. Additionally the room wasn’t available at the time of check in. Pretty disappointed to say the least."

"The rooms were clean, I liked the retro look of the whole place. You have to have your car parked via valet, which is fine, because you know it will be safe. Valet attendants were very friendly and fast. Room was not ready at check in. Once we did get our keys, they handed the keys and that was it. No info on where the room was, nothing on WiFi, nothing. Just here’s the keys, thank you. There is a very cute on-site retro restaurant/cafe which was nice. The service there was great."
