Beautiful Condo - Riverfront-Slopeside-Walk to Resort-On Bus Route

Beautiful, remodeled condo, within walking distance (only 1/3 mile) to the ski resort, located in Old Town Winter Park. Gorgeous mountain views and the Fraser River in your back yard. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people in rooms. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper to hold 2 additional people. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses with bedding. The bedrooms provide plenty of space for the air mattresses. All new high-end kitchen that will meet all of your needs. The condo has a large dining area with an additional small island area, fireplace in the living room, open spacious floor plan and large picture windows in the living room overlooking the Fraser River. The bedrooms are nicely separated and with attached bathrooms providing privacy when needed. There is a one-stall heated garage with a carport in the front. Two decks, one off of each level. The main living room has a TV and DVD player. Cable is also available. The 3 main bedrooms include a TV with cable.

Trademark is just a short walk to the ski resort or ride the free shuttle, with pickup near the complex (within 1 block and last stop to the resort). Cross Country skiing available on the Fraser Trail. During the summer, enjoy the Fraser trail for walking and biking just outside the back yard. A short 2 mile ride or walk to Winter Park. Multiple golf courses are just 15-30 minutes away at Fraser and Granby. Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the USA. Over 600 miles of bike trails for all levels of bike riders.

If you are not a ski pass holder, please see this site for single day tickets. They are limited for sales each day to control the crowds. Please be sure to get a ski pass before booking, if you are looking to ski.

Great place, great value, great location

Our second time staying at this property. Wonderful location, it backs up to the Frazer river and you can open the windows and hear the wonderful white noise of rushing water. Clean, well-equipped place walking distance to the ski area where shops and restaurants are located. Lisa (property manager) is wonderful and so helpful. We will definitely keep coming back.

Family Ski Trip

The property was perfect for our family with 2 2-year-olds, an 8-year-old, and 4 adults. The bedrooms were set up well for our families. We loved having the entrance way to dump all our gear. The location was great as well! Host was very accommodating to requests. Will definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Excellent group ski stay

We had a great weekend here as a group of ten. Plenty of space for all of us, easy access to the base lifts at Winter Park either walking (10 min) or via shuttle. It was clean, quiet, and warm, and we were pleasantly surprised to fit a Toyota Tacoma in the garage (it was tight). Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great location

There were some wonky things about the place, but more than made up for by location. Downstairs room has a bunk bed, but not really a bathroom. Definitely the short straw room. However, the shuttle location seemed better than advertised. You just take the old town shuttle which is a short ride, and drops you at the base rather than the bus circle. You can also walk, but it involves a small road you share with vehicles. Note, we could not pull our suv with a ski rack into the carport. We had to take the rack off to pull into the carport. The tiny garage was out of the question. It was a large SUV, but the carport did not have room to open the doors.

More than I expected

To start communication, the host from the beginning was easy to work with and transparent. Due to my shuttle service, being earlier than scheduled, they allowed my party and I to check in earlier. Secondly the living space was wonderful, packed with amenities and was very comfortable and accommodated my party of 12 easily. It was a walkable distance to the resort also, but was also very close to the bus stop. There was also a hot tub on the property that we hadn't discovered until our final night there, but that was definitely the cherry on top of our stay. If I return to Winter Park I'd choose here again 100%.

Our New Favorite in WP

The location was perfect - the condo backs up to the Frazer river, for fantastic rushing water noise and views, and walking distance (or a 2 minute car ride) to the gondola and resort village. The condo was just as perfect - plenty of space, bay windows with fantastic cross breezes, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, fully functional and stocked kitchen, everything nice and clean. We've been to Winter Park quite a few times, and will never stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location, cleanliness and comfort were great! The main living area and kitchen are nice and open. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is so pretty of the river. Loved opening the windows and listening to the river rush by. Great neighborhood, close to walking and biking trails. A very short walk to the village area. Overall a great place to stay. Looking forward to returning!
