"Very nice we enjoyed our stay the host Patrick was perfect great communication! One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay ! "

"House was great. In town for a big baseball tournament. House did not disappoint. Had 4 families here and plenty of space for us all. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was great, as was the grill. Made it easy to make meals in house rather than going out every time. Neighborhood was quiet. Didn’t get chance to use pool as planned, but that was due to our schedule and not anything wrong. Home and bathrooms very clean. Plenty to do with video game consoles and pool table etc.Host easy...

"The property owner was kind and extremely responsive to inquiries. The house does not have a working washing machine which would have help out as we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the house was perfect for the venue of the games and access to dinning and entertainment. This is an older house that definitely needs some TLC. "

"This was the perfect cozy retreat for our family for the weekend. We loved how close it was to Atlanta, making it easy for us to visit the aquarium, while also enjoying the privacy and peacefulness of the forest. "

"To all potential guests: you want to stay here! Book it now. This place will not stay vacant it is so nice.We have been travelling for a few to several months for work over each of the last 5 years. Your home and you personally rank in the top 3 places of the hundreds we have stayed in all that time. From the welcome snacks (yum) and the bottle of wine to the extensive toiletries we felt welcome from the start. The ice machine part of the refrigerator was broken so you had supplied a countertop...

"We came to town for a baseball tournament. We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. And bonus for the entire living space and play area downstairs for the kids! They also had a huge yard to play wiffle ball and basketball and the pool to swim in. The property was so beautiful. You felt like you were out in the country, yet only minutes from stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property,...

"We stayed in town for a week with 13 ppl in the house including children. All in all it was a great stay. Had a few things wrong but just minor comfort inconveniences nothing to complain about. Host was very responsive and even had maintenance come out right away. The long-term resident in the back property was really sweet as we spoke a couple times in passing. Neighborhood was quiet and honestly we'd rent again. Lots of space and stores are close no more that 15 mins and that's with traffic....

"We stayed only one night because the AC had went out before we arrived . The property management did let us know but had said they had put 2 units and fans in the house. When we arrived it was too hot still and uncomfortable to stay in the house. With little notice to find another place we spent the night & left early the following morning to check into the house. The trash outside was overflowing which was stinky and the two twin beds were not staying on the frame which my son had to move the...
