We waited 2 hrs to be checked in even though we were first to arrive. The room was 85 degrees with a broken thermostat and not fixed after muktioke complaints and even a request to be movedbtoba different canad inns until 2nd day. Had to walk from 2nd floor to basement to access pool even though theres pool access on the 2nd floor but is kept locked. No ELEVATORS. Left key at desk with hubbies name on it since he was arriving very late, only to be woken up at 1:47 am by desk clerk for permission to give him a key. Clearly the info was not passed on to him. Niether of us could sleep after that as the room was a sauna. I complained AGAIN the next morning to the Manager who gave us 50% off our first night ( who cares, we didnt get any sleep; you book a hotel room to sleep) so we should have been FULLY refunded the first night. The restaurant hrs are wishy washy. It wasnt open on the first day so I had to buy bar food for my 10 yr old even the sign said it was supposed to be open. Very understaffed, the desk clerk was very overwhelmed at check in time. Our room was NEVER cleaned or replenished our entire stay. We had 2 coffees and 2 paper cups to last 2 of us 3 days. I assumed they didnt do room cleaning but found out when we were checking our that yes it was supposed to be done and they didn't know why it hadn't been. If you have any kind of disbility do not stay here. I have a knee injury and this hotels lack of accessability set my recovery back months. Do better !!!!
