"The room was clean. AC was ok. Parking was easy and close. The room we had was downstiars and the guests above us sounded like they were stomping the whole time. Microwave available outside near the pool- that really should be inside somewhere. "

"We stayed in a newly redone room, it was very nice. One problem though, went through a full renovation but didn't change out the toilet. I know miniscule but, if you're going through upgrades, why leave an important thing old? "

"The room that we were given for me and my daughter, it had bees. My daughter is allergic to bees. We killed three and there was a bunch in the window. I notified the manager right away. She sent a maintenance guy. She did told me she was gonna refund me my stay with them, but it says right now she’s avoiding me and when I return my calls back. "

"Pool was fantastic! Rooms were very clean and big…. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating…. Want to single out Ahmed at the pool…..was so nice and very helpful! Great guy. But everyone was great as well. My son loved the French toast at the restaurant in the bay tower. Overall a fantastic experience!"

"We were comfy here and enjoyed our stay. Could walk to dinner and the dog beach. A lot of marijuana smells. The breakfast/lunch cafe, Benedict’s, is beyond amazing!! It’s a good value for the cost. "

"The pool after was dirty , the jacuzzi was very dirty and missing a lot of water and wasn’t hot . The food from the restaurant for room service was amazing The kids Mac and chesse wasn’t good no cheese mostly oiil and like a bread crumble or dry cheese texture in . No actually chesse the Mac and cheese The room was nice "

"Love this hotel! The location is perfect! Located on the beach. The hotel was clean, free parking, good outside area set up with chairs and table that overlooked the ocean. The location was amazing.. walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and roof top entertainment. . "

"Terrible! Room smells old and moldy, disgusting. Towels are old yellowed and dirty. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower head is low, you have to bend down to shower (I'm 5"5). Shower head and water drain was rusted and has mold, handle was falling apart. Very low water pressure and water is not warm enough. Bed and mattress was bad, you can feel the springs inside and can see underneath the bed sheets was really dirty (hair, stains etc). Pillow was bumpy(worse than the $2ones from Walmart....
