I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. "Very nice hotel. Indoor swimming, hot tub, exercise room, complimentary breakfast. No fees to park. The room was nice with a woodland theme. The whole hotel had a woodsy cabin feel. Room came with a surprise snack and 2 waters for your pleasure. Some premium TV stations and more. In the lobby they served fruit infused water and coffee for yourconvenience. Unfortunately the room was small for 2 queen beds. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Needed a trash can in bathroom. The...

"Clean, good location. Not too noisy but next to the freeway. Bland free breakfast. Has a small indoor pool."

"The breakfast was excellent. I would say it was probably best I've had at a hotel. The pool is on the smaller side but a nice amenity when you have children."

"The first thing noticed was the huge rust like stain in the bottom of tub. Needed tub for toddler. Asked and given another room. Same stain in that tub. Was told they will remodel/replace soon. Very outdated hotel. Microwave from 70s, unable to regulate time. The only good perk was the heated pool. Price was too high for quality."

"The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!"

"You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

"Great location, friendly and professional stuff. Good breakfast, more than we expected. Biscuits /gravy/ eggs /fruit/ceralls and drinks . We were pleased with bed . Very comfortable, unusual for hotels . Big plus"

"Ceiling leakage..curtain rods disconnected from ceiling leakage. Carpets rippled up. Hallway stunk like cat piss. My husband fell and cracked his rib in the bathtub/shower. Shower had no grips on flooring of tub. No handlebar or pull grips. Not sure how an old person would manage taking a shower. Pool outside had pigeons in it.. would never swim in there!! Nice price but not worth the stink..disinfectant smell lingering in our clothes. Breakfast was minimal! Dry food,no protein"

"Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do."
