"I booked this on my way home from a work trip in KS. I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. "Hotel was pretty full, the breakfast room not large enough, people were walking away. Breakfast was decent. Room was comfortable and clean, but we will skip this one next time."

"The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!"

"You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

"It was one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly staff greeted us and was easy check in. As always happens there is something wrong. The elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay and our rooms were on the second floor. We had 2 rooms and going to the second floor via the stairs would not normally be a problem but one of our party has health issues and climbing stairs was a problem. "Staff was fine. We had an old room. Ac poor. Mattress terrible. Room dirty and I had to clean the bathroom. No amenities. Coffee supplies but no coffee maker. No phone in the room. Had to go ask for towels. Stained and sticky carpet. Hole in the Sheetrock in the bathroom. Shower head clogged with deposits. Hard water. Window seal broken so it was cloudy between the panes so you couldn’t see outside. The lobby had breakfast but we didn’t dare assuming the kitchen was as dirty as the room. Trash...

"The breakfast was excellent. I would say it was probably best I've had at a hotel. The pool is on the smaller side but a nice amenity when you have children."
