"There was nothing to like. The place looked like a place that is dilapidated. The tub was grimy. The bed headboard was scratched. The sheet smelled horrible. They did not come to clean and put new towels in the room. When I came there were no new towels and the bed was not made. The place smelled. ..."

"Breakfast was good. Hotel seems outdated. Furniture in lobby showing wear and tear. Rooms have old rugs and furniture. Room was clean. In my room, sink backed up and drained very slow. Cleaning team should identify these issues immediately."
