  • Looking for a family vacation resort with lots of amenities and near the action? We've combined a two-bedroom downstairs condo unit and a two-bedroom upstairs condo unit into a large 2460 sq. ft. four bedroom townhouse. Enjoy two king size master suites, queen and twin bed guest units and two kitchens and dining rooms. Four full bathrooms. The two living areas each have fireplaces, and each has a sleeper sofa. Prepare those family meals in two well-appointed kitchens each equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils.
    Only minutes from area shopping, dining and attractions, including Busch Gardens.

The hospitality was fantastic. Everyone at the resort was kind and helpful and responded to any requests promptly. There were lots of great amenities too- coffee shop, mini golf, indoor pool and hot tubs! We had a great time.

Stove top burners not all working and not much available pots/pans in kitchenGentleman came to clean one unit but had not been instructed to clean upstairs --he did call and someone came to complete Pool WAY crowded so we only used once Check in folks were great but the computer system was not working well for them all in all - great place - thank you

We rented a double condo, which meant one was upstairs and one main level, each with their own entry. Each condo was two bedroom/bath with living room, washer/dryer, kitchen and patio or balcony.Kitchen was well equipped enough and units were both very clean.

Family Wknd Vacation

Great location for our wknd trip with the family to Busch Gardens.The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed! The kids loved the pool in the evening.

My family and I stayed in this townhouse while we visited Williamsburg. It was perfect for us! Plenty of rooms/bathrooms!

Wonderful

This was an amazing place to stay. Really clean and comfortable. JJ was always responsive and very accommodating. Stayed as a group of 4 couples and it was perfect.

Beautiful townhouse on a Hilton Resort! Everyone was so accommodating & friendly, the townhome was perfect for our large family (9 people) and the VRBO host was great at communicating and making us feel welcomed! We will definitely be back! Thank you for all the fun! 10 out of 10!

Great place, great location, family friendly and lots of things to do on and off premises. Went with my 2 girl friends and all of our kids and had a blast! 11 in total and we were all very comfortable the beds are amazing, clean, nice staff, easy to communicate with. Will book again.

First day there my freezer went and I lost all of the food that we brought with us. We had two days of them, cutting trees over top of us so we couldn’t even use the balconies and once they were finished cotton, they left all of the sawdust. The toilet in one of the bedrooms was not working and we found two roaches.

This place was top notch! Love the property, the place was very spacious and all that I had hoped for. The owner was very attentive and responded immediately to all of my questions. I will absolutely book here again!

Great resort

The resort was very responsive to all of our requests. The king bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The furniture is past its prime but comfortable. It served the 7 of us well.

Good location

Location was good. The property is nice but is in need of an update. Because of time of year amenities closed but resort still charges a resort fee. All in all a good location to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Busch Gardens.
