"Did not clean the room the icemaker were not working for the amount that we paid the service was poor"

"It's close to the U of M medical facilities which is why we chose here the first time but now we return because it is clean and well maintained. Also, the you hotel is locked at all times so people cannot just walk in off the street."

"Love the vibe and decor at this hotel. Very cozy and love all the little touches like the ice and refillable water bottle dispenser in the hall. The drawer frig, steamer instead of an iron, live music at night, great restaurant and best of all the location. It is close to everything from football to mlb to the mill district and Guthrie theater. Excellent!"

"Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. "

"Free spacious parking and the pool was great"

"We love this hotel, but there were a lot of college age kids on our floor. Running up and down, screaming at midnight still awake banging on the walls, clanking ice next-door in the room next-door until 4 o’clock in the morning. I’m not sure why they decided to put two old people on the same floor in the only room that wasn’t occupied by 20-year-olds."

"The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." He went back to the parking and expressed his frustration (loudly!) whereby the lady let him leave. We paid $105 for this "privilege" after one desk person told us he wouldn't charge us, but when we checked out the next person said we would be charged. I expected to be charged so that wasn't an issue, just a bit...

"Everything was amazing."

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"We loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it was supper cute and old looking. Loved the greenery and the scenery from our window. Super clean with comfy beds!! The staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"The breakfast unfortunately wasn’t very good… staff was very friendly and accommodating…hotel is clean and I felt safe enough, if I were to ever travel solo… which I do quite often…."

"Stayed there for a show at the Armory…great little hotel with very comfortable rooms, beds were great, pizza in the bar/restaurant was really yummy too. Will definitely stay here again. Very friendly and welcoming staff."
