We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, upon arrival the room appeared clean however, the untenciles, cups and plates were dirty. "I was travelling with my dog and booked a non-smoking first floor room because of my mobility issues. I got to the room and the smell of smoke and deodorizer was overwhelming, and I started to have an asthma attack. I called the desk and explained I couldn't stay and she checked me out, and refunded my room charge. The person at check-in was great. "Cleanish, really crappy "free" breakfast. Costco muffins cut up so you dont even get a full one. Coffee only, no tea or juice. Morning staff was slightly rude. "

The door didn't lock when it was shut and we were told it was the only available pet friendly room left so we had to trust that the front end clerk would make sure it was left alone. We had a large dog which put us at ease slightly, but we made sure to take everything valuable when we left.
