"We were fortunate to come across room 61 - the Penthouse. My sister and I took my mum (late 70’s) to visit relatives and it was such a treat to have this amazing space to spend quality time. "Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. "Really lovely hotel. A lovely mix of modern and art deco. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the restaurant downstairs, but next time we'll just ask for a room in a different spot. The staff were lovely, especially those in the bar/restaurant. "

"We initially checked into a room but as we opened the door it stank of stale smoke. We went straight to the reception and they switched our room with no fuss. Thankfully the second room was absolutely fine! Shared bathroom, which we knew upon booking, but there are actually lots of toilets and showers dotted around the property so if one is busy, it doesn’t take much to find the next one. Decent price for Brighton, and incredible views from the attic room! "

"Beautiful apartment. Very boutique like. I love the architecture and the windows that give it a bigger and spacious look. It's modern, and chic. I would stay here again. "Very good clean friendly hotel and excellent daily service in the room. Hotel is situated close to anything you need in Brighton from the beach to the lanes and the Brighton Pavilion.
