    Lovely little space tucked right around the corner from Downtown Wichita. The home is equipped with keyless entry, luxurious queen bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, coffee station and smart TV. Located in one of Wichita's most convenient neighborhoods just minutes from Wichita's downtown scene. You'll be close to top attractions such as Revolutsia, Charles Koch Arena, Wichita State University and many local breweries, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops!

    All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

    -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

Amazing!

Great space, great central location, close to restaurants, and the decor was nice with a comfortable bed! Great communication from the hosts as well! Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.

Very nice property

The house has been newly renovated and they did a nice job. The kitchen had every utensil one would need and was very well organized. We were very impressed with all of the amenities that were available in the house. Overall the best VRBO we have been in.
