Located directly behind the chipping green at Terradyne Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage has a furnished open living area, making the home ideal for groups of any size.

THE COURSE
Terradyne Country Club is home to an award-winning, 18-hole championship course. Named one of the top courses in Kansas and rated 4 Stars by Golf Digest magazine, Terradyne provides a challenge for players of all abilities. It’s also one of the best representations of “Scottish” links-style golf in the Midwest.

Breath-taking beauty!

This house is gorgeous. My group wish that we could stay. The two queen beds in every room coupled with every room having its own bathroom was a home run! I can not recommend this property to you enough! You will not be disappointed.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at this house for a quick trip to Wichita! Although we didn’t need it for this trip, the house offers ample space for multiple people. It has a great layout and is well equipped. We will for sure keep this house in mind for future trips to the area!

Great Experience!!

We were in town to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday and loved this house. It was perfect for myself, my daughter, her husband and their 3 small children. Everything was lovely and clean and we really appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations!! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful place for a large group!

This was the perfect place for the 8 of us to spend a weekend together. Every couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and the common space was large enough to accommodate a variety of activities. We would stay here again!

Clean, well appointed & spacious

We were in town to visit family. This was the perfect place to accommodate our group - clean, well appointed, spacious. It was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay here again.

Church group - mission trip

We had a group of kids and adults from our church. We were in Wichita for some volunteer activities. This location was perfect for our group. The division of space and the four bathrooms provided a great space and great functionality for our group. We had a great space to spend time together while also having privacy with the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property.
