The Eclectic Escape is set in a small, quiet working class neighborhood in southeast Wichita. The unit is within walking distance of a small park and disc golf course.

Guests have full access to the unit. There is a shared driveway as this is a duplex. The backyard space is not fenced so you may see the neighbor.

This cozy duplex, situated on a corner lot has plenty of style. Walk into the stylish living room with eclectic retro decor, 58" Smart TV and cozy furniture. The space includes a workspace.
The kitchen is complete with fully functional and authentic retro appliances, a small sitting area, small appliances (microwave, blender, coffee maker, mixer), plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and cookware. We also provide a small coffee bar with Keurig pods and assortment of sweeteners and teas.
The bathroom, with cedar paneling, is very stylish and functional with a lighted mirror, tub/ shower combo, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, cotton balls and Q-tips.
Both bedrooms boast a 32" Smart TV (with access to Fubo TV, Netflix, Hulu +, Disney +, ESPN +, and Peacock). The front bedroom has a large and cozy King size bed with velvet comforter and extra pillows. The back bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with cozy decor.
The space boasts extra storage with built-ins in the hall.
The laundry room sits just off the kitchen and has nearly new HE LG Washer and Dryer, iron, ironing board and extra space for storage.

The neighborhood is very convenient to McConnell Air Force Base, several air craft plants (including Boeing, Cessna and Beechcraft). It's just minutes from Towne East Mall, Bradley Fair, and all of the best shopping and restaurants that east Wichita has to offer. It's just minutes from Derby as well.

This is a duplex. There is shared driveway and walkway. As with any unit that shares walls, some noise may travel between the two units. The bedrooms are on the outside wall.
