Quaint older home in an established neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a very good experience for the first Airbnb. Would probably rent again for the next family gathering.

We had a good stay, some amenities weren’t as transparent as others and some surprising guest in the attic/walls. Also the foundation of the home was a little off but overall a good stay!

This house is a good home base for activities in and around Wichita. It had more room than a hotel & the ability to cook a few meals. We had 8 people, 4 kids, 4 adults & had room to eat together & enough space in the LR to play a few games together. However, we didn't have enough plates or bowls or silverware to accommodate us all at the same time (hopefully this will change going forward).There were fans in the bedrooms, to assist in sleep comfort, along with multiple pillows. They had hand soap at the sinks & Shampoo&/or Shampoo Conditioner at the showers. The house is not fancy or ultra modern, but it has most necessities. The hosts were responsive when we reached out. This location made our commute to our planned activities rather easy as it was centrally located. There is a grocery store nearby & had quick access to the highway.

Grandsons were swimming in Wichita - house was perfect. They were able to be “upstairs” and loved the space and privacy

Family trip

Clean house, great location close to everything you need and want to visit, lots to do! Only downfall is not having tvs in the bedrooms other than that the house was very accommodating!

Comfy older home

The house is very old (1914 build I believe) and mostly redone to be nice and cozy. My kids loved having their own 3 bedroom suite upstairs and it was a great layout for our Corgi as well. We would stay there again for sure! It's also very convenient to an incredibly close grocery store and lots of places to eat.

The house was located close to the College Hill area and had easy access to grocers, shops and restaurants.The neighborhood was older but charming. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.The home could use a bit of sprucing (especially the exterior areas). It was reasonably well appointed with no frills.There seems to be an issue with some unwelcome residents in the roof area that created some noise and undesired scents.All in all, we would give the property a 3/5 rating.

Family visit

Old home with new renovations inside with a big porch on a cool brick street. Convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. This site was perfect for our visit with family. Quick response from the property manager when contacted with questions was much appreciated. Thanks!!
