"Pros:
- receptionist was great
- very fast check in
Cons:
- For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment"

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good.
The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3.
The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done."
