Instead of a ductless quiet system despite the expensive rate to stay at the hotel, the hotel chooses to use a wall unit which is like staying at a Motel 6 or quality inn without the discount."

It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "This is a nice, new hotel that's close to the main street in Kalispell. The rooms were nice, but one side of the bed did not have any plugs or USB outlets on the night table. Having an actual working fan in the bathroom would be nice. The breakfast was ok (first time I've seen small bottles of chocolate milk at a hotel breakfast buffet) but it should have some more options for pastries and cooked items."
