"I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was good.
The only concern I had and I told the staff was in my room the shower pressure was too strong and the shower floor didn't have hardly anti slip on it. I almost slipped. Maybe it was only in my room."

"Ants in the bathroom. I didn't raise this with front desk because we were only staying one more night and I also didn't want our room fumigated during our stay. Fridge sounded like a blizzard blowing in the middle of the night. Upkeep could definitely have been better. "

"The property is beautiful and is located in an area that is fun to explore. My only complaint is the temperature in my room. The a/c was on but did not cool the room. I did open the windows to cool the room down and slept with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again."

"A Mexican/American girl at the front desk when I checked in was lovely! I wish I had her name. Happy and fun! The others sat and looked at their phones. Not taking notice of people coming and going. No big deal except at $300 a night, for a single person, I expect more. Also put a long mirror in the room!!

"Good location, that’s why I chose this hotel. Many nearby restaurants and shops, and even other attractions in the Bay Area are a short-drive away. Lots of parking available. But the hotel was not well maintained. There was bad smell in the room, elevator, and hallways. The door lock to my room wasn’t working, so they had to change the batteries and fix the door of the room. Breakfast wasn’t organized. They ran out of coffee and food by 8:30am. I wouldn’t stay there again"

"The room was exceptionally clean and the furnishings very comfortable. I especially appreciated the wraparound blackout curtain because I need it really dark to be able to sleep well. Breakfast was basic, but adequate (muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juice). I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price and convenient location."
