"Such a beautiful and private location. The home is lovely and the grounds are outstanding, with chickens, rabbits, geese, peacocks and kangaroos to keep you company. Close to Yamba and local beaches, a perfect escape. Hosts and caretaker were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and location where we were able to sit out the back, relax and enjoy the water views and the wildlife or go inside and enjoy the two television areas which was perfect for our family. "The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"The listing is a little confusing as some photos show a jetty and other do not? Great location, clean and tidy and comfortable but very poorly provisioned. This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare). The kitchen was sparsely equipped with items that looked like they came from the local op-shop. Some form of coffee maker would have been nice, even a plunger if not a pod machine (This is standard...
