Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."

"Had a really enjoyable stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay. The holiday park has a great modern feel and is well located. The cabin was clean, stylish, and very comfortable with great amenities, perfect to unwind after a busy day. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, which made the experience even better. "Laura is the best, always prepares for my arrival and looks after me even when I have forgotten items after check-out. It’s a comfortable home away from home for me when travelling for work. "

"It is just a room with a bed and a chair there is no ammenities, the toilet, shower are communal which was not described in the description, there is no fridge that you can use for food or drinks, basically it’s a place to sleep nothing else, if I knew this earlier would of opted to stay at a caravan park for a fraction of the price. Disappointing to say the least"

"We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!"

"No kitchenette as mentioned, only old microwave with couple of cutlery sets. Mould found in bath room, with unpleasant smell. Hard to fill up kettle with the old style basin set. "

"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "
