Upon arrival, we were advised that the pillowcases were “not ready” and they were not placed on the pillows until approximately 45 minutes after check-in. "We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom."
