"Should have been better. Classy conversion not maintaining standards. Soundproofing of rooms is poor so you heat outside road and all the going ons internal to the hotel. Breakfast quality mediocre, not worth paying for. Reception on arrival at 8pm was deserted and took a few minutes for someone to appear, generally indifferent welcome. Won’t be staying here again. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. "Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. I have not had a refund having contacted the hotel again and having a email conversation with the manger. It a budget hotel, so the 2 night stay I paid for isn’t worth my time perusing. "Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Car parking was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Storage facilities were a bit basic but ok for a night or two. Didn’t try dinner but breakfast ok"

"Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. "

"Parking ideal. Plonking new furniture in a room with very shabby decor, woodwork etc. doesn't cut it for me. I booked the double room with shared bathroom however the photos did not represent the room at all, the same photos were used for the double room with private bathroom. I was taken to my room up a very shabby steep staircase."

"Breakfast menu very good, evening meals menu average but well cooked. I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs. Staff professional and pleasant, rooms good. "
