"We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and it’s usually a good time. This time around the pool was out of order, there was only one elevator so going up and down took forever, the room smelled like sewage, the staircase is very dirty, and even the breakfast was off! The staff is nice and that’s pretty much the only good thing."

"There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk."

"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again."

"The room didn’t feel clean. The shower drain was clogged so the water just pooled. One of the 3 sinks randomly bubbled up and spit out black dirty water. The pipe that was exposed in the bedroom was leaking sewer water. The elevator buttons didn’t work. Overall this hotel is just run down but the staff was very friendly and sympathetic to the issues I was experiencing"
