"Stayed for a 5 nights, woken up every night by the garbage truck outside between 2-4am every night. Tried to move to another room and called up to change and every time they said they would call me back…. Which they didn’t. Room was pleasant, clean and a good location otherwise."

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that.
Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, so I cannot speak to its benefits. The bed was comfortable, and the room had what was necessary (seating, towels,...
