"The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."

Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable."

"Outside the property looks great. When we arrived there was a urine smell on the first floor. There was a paper sign taped to the elevator that said out of order. We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. "For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work."

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"Very clean, comfy bed. Liked having coffee on the "back porch". Had no issues with the code/lock. Would stay again."

"Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

"I was placed in the incorrect room. The room that was selected waa to have 2 queen beds. Once I the room it had a king bed only. I asked the front desk was I in the correct room and the employee at the front desk said that I was and that the sofa was a pull out. Only to re revisit the front desk again and what I was told earlier in the day was not the truth. So I had to more rooms during the night."
