"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. "The Hotel is older however it has gone through a wonderful update. I stayed there April 23,2026-April 26.! The decor in my room was modern with a very clean look. The Hotel interior has a beach look and was updated nicely. The workers, especially the front desk check in were kind, helpful and all around accommodating . Breakfast was good and the view-of the ocean was a plus. Heads up there is no elevator."

"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

"The room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and we were able to relax on the furniture near the pool. There were plenty of pool towels to use. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options for the kids. The waffle maker was a hit. The staff was very friendly."
