"Great experience. The room was very clean, bed comfy, check-in staff friendly and helpful. There was some remodeling going on but it didnt affect us at all. The breakfast host very obviously enjoyed her job. She greeted guests, knew which ones had been there yesterday, made recommendations on sight-seeing options. Nice place for not a lot of money.."

"We chose this hotel because pool and hot tub were advertised, but neither was heated. They are clean though. The room is clean but not the wood floors or modern layout in the pictures. They are doing a lot of renovation though. Location was amazing. Across the street from the royal gorge train. "

"Good customer service and friendly staff. We asked to switch rooms when we arrived and they accommodated us immediately with no hassle. Even the lady serving breakfast asked how our breakfast was. I would have liked to see breakfast served earlier than 6:30 since I was out by 6 for work each day. I was also bummed the hot tub was filled in with dirt and unusable "
