From the outset we were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was super clean and tidy and the room was lovely and very well decorated. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again as a perfect base for enjoying Bath so will be back in summer."

"We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend."
