"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s rather convenient to Bath where our daughter goes to uni. She stayed with us on the sofa bed this time. We were only here for 1 night. It’s great how you can pull the curtain across to give us all privacy. It’s a really cosy place to stay & the kitchen has everything you need. The breakfast choices are great. Parking is easy. Bathroom great. Nice & light place, with plenty of windows you can open. We definitely recommend staying here. "

"This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. We felt very comfortable playing games and having drinks in the evening, enjoying the unique heated outdoor pool and generally relaxing. Our room was large with a huge, comfy bed with crispy clean linen and a lovely hot bath with bubbles. Our evening meal was exceptionally tasty and well presented - the baked Sole was the best...

"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. "The property is a wonderful grade II listed building with oodles of character. The breakfast room is exquisitely decorated with busts of famous peots in which you can eat a sumptuous cooked full english breakfast. The property is wonderfully peaceful and the beds as beautifully soft and comfortable. If you are looking for a modern sparse hotel then this is not it, and you should look elsewhere. If you like a wonderful property with bags of history to it then you are in luck!"

"This hotel is a guilty pleasure when I come home to visit my family - love this hotel. I'm not sure why but the litter in the streets of bath seemed out of control but this nothing to do woth the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here!"
