If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER book this hotel. We were stuck here for two days during our trip in Canada only because every other place was completely booked, and it was a complete nightmare.

"Two wings. One upgraded, one not.
We stayed in the non upgraded wing and it was perfectly fine. I peaked into one of the upgraded rooms and they are much brighter, giant tv, more modern furnishings etc. The breakfast was included with our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel.
The hotel is just down the street from YYC. We rented a car, but my guess is that a car sharing service or taxi would be inexpensive from the airport. The 2 hot tubs...

"We stayed here while attending a concert. There was quite a bit of construction underway as the facility was being upgraded and improved, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. There were a couple of restaurants on-site and the food was good.
One thing that surprised was that smoking is permitted in the Casino. If you're sensitive to smoke, you may want to consider a different Casino.
