"My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town."

"Fantastic accommodations. Perfect spot for my husband & I to stay for a family wedding at Dibble’s Inn. Property is clean and comfortable. Quiet. Even more charming and cozy than it looks in the pictures. Easy check in/out. Owner was very prompt with communication. Definitely recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!"

"Worked perfectly with what we needed. Stayed with 3 kids and 4 adults and still have room to spare. Loved the quiet area with a short walk to the lake, cafe and restaurants. Host responded promptly and worked with our schedule. Thank you! "

"This was a slice of heaven. Definitely plan on coming back to this location. Josie, Kirk &Jeter made this stay so fun. Josie shared her sausage bread with us absolutely awesome. Our last morning she made us grass-fed grass finished beef bacon with fresh eggs another totally awesome meal. We will stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"We actually very much enjoyed the balcony porch listening to the church Bella across the street. The apartment was beautiful and very let friendly. Owner was very helpful and responsive and even approved an extra night for us at the last minute. "

"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. A day or two before arrival I still had not received check in instructions so I messaged the host. He was quick to respond and the directions were...

"The property is a great find in Utica. Located on the main road, but quiet and peaceful. The beds were great, furniture was excellent, and plenty of room for the family. "

"We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone."

"The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend. "

"The house was very clean and conveniently located for both families to travel to. The wedding reception we were invited to did not want children to attend. So with the games in the basement, our children were well entertained for the afternoon. It was a rainy day, so being outside wasn't an option. This was perfect for them and grandpa. "

"This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures...
