"Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ...

Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!"
