"Hotel is not clean. Room is tired, rundown in ill repair ,cigarette holes in the sheets. Dusty were my allergies and asthma kicked up! Unsafe feeling as there are long-term temporary people residing in the hotel."

"I purchased a breakfast included package from Expedia but turned out there was only à la carte breakfast options, but the hotel could not see that was included for all 5 of us. Anyways they were able to resolve this and we could get one breakfast item and a drink. But on Sunday morning the kitchen was closed so we were left hungry with no other option. Really frustrating experience!"
