"Nice, quiet facility. Reasonably close to restaurants and activities. Standard breakfast—not bad, but nothing special. Didn’t notice until our last day the sticker on the bathroom mirror stating housekeeping would only be done upon request. Hmm. I’m not high-maintenance, but clean towels is an expectation."

"Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience."
