"Staff very pleasant and helpful. The property is undergoing renovations which wasn’t mentioned in the booking information or I would have never booked there. We were given a non-renovated room and asked for a renovated room which we moved to the next day (big mistake). Third floor had no carpeting in the hallways and the room which was supposed to be redone and the only thing different than the non-renovated was vinyl flooring instead of carpet. "Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again."

"The rooms were nice and clean, the AC worked great. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough, the breakfast was nice and hot but the pool was cold… the kids didn’t care though they had a blast. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Over all great stay for families."
