We appreciated the breakfast with fresh fruit, egg sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and waffles. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and seating was never an issue. My parents said their roll-in shower had a too-short shower curtain. Water was all over the floor of the bathroom, which could have been hazardous or slippery. They also prefer firmer...

"Very good value for the price. I booked my stay 2+ weeks in advance, I requested a ground floor room but you were unable to accommodate me which is understandable but also unfortunate. I don't hold that against you but it did make things more difficult!"

"This was my second stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham and both times everything was consistently excellent. I especially like the shuttle from the SYR airport. I have mobility issues and the accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars throughout are invaluable. Having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash saves me the the time, trouble, and expense o shopping for these liquid necessities that are not allowed on the plane.The bed is super comfy, the sheets and blankets are sparkling...

"Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The man who was at the desk was...

"If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t the place to go. People talking loud at midnight, two and four in the morning. We did call the front desk, but they enforced nothing. Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with them giving someone keys to our room at two in the morning. They did take care of that so we decided to try again. Barely any sleep 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying there again!"
