"Best VRBO ever! This quiet and secluded gem in the forest is only a short drive from the freeway, but feels like you are miles away from the people and traffic of the city. The cottage has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need for meals plus a coffee bar. Large bedrooms have views of the forest in all directions and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a relaxing weekend here and can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Knoxville."

"Property was beautiful and as advertised. We enjoyed fishing and each morning we started with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out great for eating and visiting. The pool area was great but not swimming season. The host was quickly responsive to every inquiry. Would highly recommend this property and host. "

"Cute, clean, comfortable house with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, remote neighborhood but close to restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Would stay here again. "

"We had an enjoyable stay and the property met our needs. There was an issue with the overhead garage door therefore, the lights in that room would not go off. And there were several cleaning issues that we were disappointed in. You could see dust on the coffee table in the living room. The floors didn’t appear to be real clean found a centipede like bug in one of the bathrooms beverage cans from a previous guest were left in the rec room, and there was also much debris and garbage in the rec...

"The host was incredibly responsive to a question, driving over for an explanation and prepared for a repair, which wasn’t needed. The property was comfortable, centrally located for our weekend, access off highways was simple, check-out was easy and straight forward. We will return if needed for future visits with family living in west Knoxville."

"Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable, AC was pumping on a hot day, and plenty of extra blankets to bundle under. We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in Knoxville!"
