"A beautiful hotel with warm, helpful, and welcoming staff. The Hotel staff always greeted you at the entrances and lobby and made you feel safe and welcome. Staff helped me check- in and out smoothly and were so helpful in answering all questions. For my first time in London, this Hotel made my UK visit even more wonderful! I plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to London and I cannot wait to return!"

"The place is nice but the service and the respect for guests are below average.
1st they ask for a deposit even after you pay for the entire stay. I found it odd... The deposit they ask for varies per person without reason... Maybe based on the way you look... Then, it takes up to 5 working days to refund your deposit after you leave. Also, be aware that they sell sweets and biscuts at the reception not at the bar, but if you want a biscut with a tea you purchase in the bar, it is not possible;...

We accidentally booked the wrong date and, when we arrived at the hotel, spent over two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue with both hotel staff and Expedia. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options.
Only negative was the layout - you’re immediately in the washroom area when you enter the room. The shower room & the toilet room were too dark and kind of lacked privacy."
