"The room we stayed in had an issue with the door hanger in the bathroom when using it to hold our wet towels - it came off the door. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I just wish the pet fee which said when we booked the hotel was a flat fee; however, when we arrived, the pet fee was PER NIGHT. We still would have chosen comfort suites but full transparency at the time of booking thru Expedia would have been information we could have used."

"Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...
