Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

"The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. There was water damage under the sink suggested that this had happened before. There is no access to a waher/dryer unit so we were out of towels and needed to request more. The deck had a large broken propane grill on it so we were unable to use the deck."
