Kitchen setup worked well for our group. Suggest putting in a new sink as it was old, however clean. Loved having the hot tub after a long day of site seeing. Host was attentive and helpful as had a plumbing issue that he was able to get fixed immediately.

Great Spot for Vacation

This place had plenty of room for our group of 8, with easy access to the lake, where we swam, kayaked, fished and paddle boarded. The fire pit was fun at night and the beds were very comfortable. There aren’t a lot of nearby restaurants, but the kitchen was well equipped, and there is a supermarket 15 minutes away.

Peaceful, gorgeous views, and comfortable!

This home was perfect for our trip to Vermont! We loved having campfires and relaxing in the hot tub while looking out at the lake. Kayaking from the boat ramp was perfect. Our kids loved playing in the yard and the small gravel area next to the boat ramp. Fishing from the yard and boat ramp was a blast. The proximity to both Burlington and Montreal made for easy day trips! This area was incredibly peaceful and the spacious house had everything we needed. Marc was super responsive too. We would definitely recommend this property!

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the property, we had the highest positive remarks on how comfortable the beds were, even better than at home in some cases. I do hope you can share with us what bed/mattress combo you have provided at the sunrise cottage, so we might look into getting them. I would be pleased to return. RRosevear.

Lake Champlain

Well maintained and comfortable space for a group of 8 adults. Beautiful location on the lake with paddle boards and a kayak available for use. Lots of seating both inside and out. Excellence cycling in the area. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

They inside of the house is gorgeous clean snd spacious. Love linens included and towels. Host very responsive informing us about the water and things to do locally. Outside could use a good pressure washing. Only thing i didn't care for is with young children no swim area ramp very slippery. But would definitely stay again. Thanks for the stay.

Great stay

The property was beautiful and spacious. Wish there was more seating in living room. Paddle boards and kayak were fun. Did not receive code to check in until after arrival time so that was challenging. Water had a strong sulfur smell. Should let guests know prior to bring drinking water Overall a lovely place
