"I feel catfished! It says Palmetto resort by the sea, but when you pull in, it says Palmetto Inn and suites if you’re staying in the back, it’s a motel the microwave is literally from the 70s. "Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!"

"Room was filthy, had no vacuum to clean the nasty carpet. Had very little cookware, 3 forks, 2 bowls, 1 plate for a room that had an 8 person occupancy. Elevators are few and far in between. Parking garage is worst I’ve ever been in. Bracelets rarely worked the entrance gate, and staff at said gate ..."
