"Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."

"The service was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and solve every problem or request. The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Short walk to St Johns Wood tube & just slightly longer to Baker Street, so great location. Opposite Lords cricket ground. Would definitely recommend & stay again when in London."

"We liked the hotel very much. Its location can’t be better- Oxford st , Piccadilly - only 10 min walking. The staff is incredible ( thank you, Dula). Rooms are big and convenient. Breakfast is expensive. This is the only downside!"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very comfortable. We loved the still and sparkling water machines by the elevator. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was that we asked for a late check out but were told we couldn't ask for one until the day of our departure, only for it to be declined. Also, the lobby seems to be always occupied by workers on laptops, which we didn't find welcoming at all. "
