"This loft was above a restaurant in a small town. We felt secure and safe. The entire area was peaceful and an easy drive to Lawrence for my daughter's graduation. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked. (AC, appliances, TV, bathrooms) We would certainly stay again. "

"My family (siblings and mother) stayed here for 4 nights and they absolutely loved. Very clean and well kept. My 88 year old mother loved that there was not 1 step in the whole place!!The owner was also super easy to work with and promptly replied to every question. A very easy and enjoyable experience overall. "

"A large part of my family stayed at this home to attend a graduation. The home is beautiful,very spacious and located in a nice area. It was also fully stocked with linen and hygiene products in case anyone may have forgotten anything. The host was super nice and communicated with us throughout our stay. Definitely a 5/5 experience."

"I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well."

"Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

"My stay was fantastic. So cutely and comfortably decorated. Nice to have garage stall. Comfortable beds and bedding. Location worked perfectly for my visit. Great amenities!! Nice to have the whole house for the stay! Will definitely stay here again when available for my visits."

"This is a great place to stay. It is located within a 5-15 drive from all kinds of stores, including grocery stores, restaurants, downtown, Kansas University, and others. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There is a walking trail just yards from the apartment. The views from the apartment are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The bed that I used was very comfortable. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms, but the dining table was great place to work...

"This is an adorable older home that has some really nice features such as the upstairs master bedroom bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The oven did not work in the kitchen when set to bake and there were no oven mits. We did notify the owner of this when we left so hopefully that is fixed for future guests. The bed was comfortable and the home was spacious and the right size for the two of us and our two dogs. There is a small back yard space that would be perfect if it were fenced in down the road....

"We booked this property for a wedding weekend in Olathe, and it met our needs. We have older kids (college, high school age), and there is plenty of space to spread out. That said, this would also be a great spot for people with young children. The playset looked like it would be really fun. All communications with Evolve were great and they were very responsive once we were onsite."
