  • Construido en 1987, esta casa contemporánea multinivel de 3+ dormitorios y 2 baños, ubicada en el vecindario Pleasant Point / Paine Hollow, es espaciosa y bien equipada con un plano de planta abierto. NIVEL DE ENTRADA: 2 dormitorios, uno con 2 camas individuales y el otro con una cama king size, y un baño completo entre las habitaciones. NIVEL INFERIOR: una sala de estar agradable con dormitorio adicional (una cama doble) y cuarto de lavado. NIVEL MEDIO: una gran cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor separado y una amplia sala de estar con controles deslizantes que conducen a la cubierta. NIVEL SUPERIOR: otro dormitorio con una cama queen y acceso al porche y un baño fuera del pasillo. Hay vistas de Drummer Cove, un estuario de marea, desde la cubierta. Está a una corta distancia a pie de una pequeña playa de entrada de mareas en el vecindario, donde se puede nadar a media marea, así como a un maravilloso sendero para caminar a lo largo de la costa. Open plan with great lighting and absolutely fantastic views of the water. We were able to charge our plugin hybrid in the driveway at a very reasonable rate. Great stay.

We had a great time at this home. We had plenty of space as the kids all stayed in the downstairs together. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked (and well labeled!). We loved watching the tide come in and out from the porch.

Beautiful views & well-equipped (if a bit musty in bedrooms)

We felt at home right away in this house because the living room furniture was cozy and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Having beach chairs available to borrow was fantastic. The pictures do not do the exterior views justice, as you have a gorgeous view of the marsh and are a quick walk to Pleasant Point. The carpeted bedrooms smelled a bit musty on hot days when we closed the windows and used the AC. Some corners of the house are a bit crowded with personal items and/or a bit dusty - a little love could go a long way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was so convenient and the views were beautiful, especially the night sky. We were able to witness several meteors while enjoying cocktails on the deck. With that being said, the deck is in much need repair. It was not safe for my 3 year old granddaughter with it's rotting boards, rusty screws sticking up, as well as rusty nails sticking out from the siding of the house. I hope the owners put some some money into the deck to make this property a 5 star stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large and very comfortable and well stocked. I think the listings makes it seem a little closer to the marsh than it actually is. We have no other complaints but I think some fussier people might find the place could use a deep clean (blinds need dusting and carpet cleaned) and the deck and yard are defiantly in need of some maintaince. However these things did not take away from our stay. Loved it.

House had everything you could possibly need, except linens which were easy to rent We really appreciated that every light switch and cabinet were labeled. Great views, very quiet but quick ride to bay and ocean beaches as well as bike path and bakeryCharger for non tesla electric car was essential for us and easy to use
