"This is a well kept beautiful home inside and out. The views are gorgeous, either from the deck or poolside. Lots of bird activity around the water. Well equipped clean kitchen and thought put in to the little things you might need overall. Great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful property. "What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. "This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...
