Each of the home’s bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep in comfortable beds and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day at the beach.

There are three stylish bedrooms. Get away from the world in a spacious primary ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The dining table can seat up to eight.

☆☆ LIVING SPACES ☆☆

The main level has a living room with two large, comfortable couches and seating for eight.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax in the backyard or on the deck. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. There are string lights to provide ambient lighting.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don’t worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

We allow up to 4 adult dogs if we approve them ($25 pet fee per dog per night). We have almost never rejected a dog but a few questions help ensure that our place stays clean and smelling fresh. If you'd like to bring a dog, please tell us:

(1) if they are 100% and reliably house trained
(2) the dog's age
(3) your dog's size/weight

We would really appreciate it if you could bathe your dog before visiting.

We do not allow puppies.

We had a great weekend here. Everything was thoughtful and clean. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Our hosts were responsive, friendly, and clear. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Cute spot in Colonial Beach

Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the beach one way or to the grocery store, Walgreen's, and some restaurants the other way. Great, responsive hosts, great water pressure and comfy bed! Highly recommend! :)

Little Hidden Gem

This little gem in Colonial Beach Virginia is amazing. I wish I could keep it all to myself and not tell anybody so I could always have it . It’s near everything it’s a few steps away from Lenny’s. The famous restaurant for homestyle southern cooking food in the heart of colonial Beach. You have the 7-Eleven within walking steps of the front door. You have both golf cart companies within five blocks away. You’re very close to the beach within walking distance. Neighbors are great and very informative. The high fence in the backyard gives you full privacy so you don’t even know anything is around you it’s like you have your own little world. The house decor is super cute and they really thought everything out. They have cribs, high chair, games, towels, chairs, fire pit with plenty of seating they even give you teas and coffees, filters with a drip machine, They have every spice in their cabinets for you if you decide to cook it’s only eight minutes 11 minutes to the Dockside the local entertainment . they have a full-size washer and dryer. The communication with the host are so amazing. They check on you, and quick to . We really never had anything to ask them. They just checked on us. they send you a list of everything that you need to know about colonial Beach. I gave this place a five star. Great communication great location awesome decor. It really feels like home there. We will definitely be coming back to this location again when we visit our favorite colonial beach.
