"tldr, but here's the bottom line: overpriced for the limited convenience and lack of comfort and service provided. i would not return. more context to follow.
unit minimally equipped and met subpar levels of cleanliness. towels were scratchy and thin, and bedding not thoroughly laundered. barely a view of the river, mostly visible only if i stepped out into the balcony and peered past the trees and construction cranes next door. there wasn't a heads up about construction happening right next...

"Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights and found the loft very comfortable and private. Filipa allowed us to check in early which was so kind, as we had just arrived after a long flight from Canada and were in need of a rest. You can easily walk to the heart of the old city and there are ample options for public transportation just 5 minutes walk from the front door of the loft. I highly recommend this property. "

"Has great potential. Location is great! Communication to concerns was good. Shared front entrance where lock box were kept was trashy. Unit was no frills and transparent in posting. Could use fans for 95 degree interior. A welcome book with how to turn on gas stove would be helpful. Had to call to get gas turned on."

"The property is in poor condition. We’re staying on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was very inconvenient. The floor were dirty and looking like they hadn’t been swept the property. There was also not enough basic supply provided. We only received two rolls of toilet paper for five people. Stay 2 1/2 days which was unacceptable."
