"The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended."

"I chose this hotel because reviews said it was family friendly. When arrived i asked for a crib or at least a pack and play but i was told they do not have one. I asked if it is being used by other customers and simply they are out. No they never had one. If you are travelling with young children or infants this may not be the right place for you."

"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."

"I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. "Dee Dee was so helpful with our stay. Construction all around and Dee Dee guided in easy to understand instructions. Property very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. And St. Mary’s hospital right across street, nice parking."

"Great value for this property. Room and public area was clean and the person checking me in was very helpful. The filtered water machine on every floor was great as well. My only complaint was that I was leaving late in the afternoon to go to the airport, but had to check out of my room prior so had several hours to kill at the hotel; and they could not provide me a general key that allowed access to the pool or gym while I waited to go to the airport. Other than that, everything was great."

"Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later"

"I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in...
